Natural processed coffee is one of the innovations.
With the Natural Processed coffee, we start the drying stage with the pulp intact to the end of the drying process and is normally referred to as the dry process because water isn’t strictly necessary.
This method offers unparalleled eco-friendly attributes for generating zero solid and liquid waste, and at the same time does not threaten water resources.
This method can potentially add depth and complexity; intensifying sensory attributes and technically increasing coffee’s value.
