Environmental sustainability and specifically management of water resources is one of our key values at Chepsangor Hills Coffee. We go out of our way to innovate and adopt different methods of processing coffee that help us achieve this goal and meet the needs of our customers. Natural processed coffee is one of the innovations.
With the Natural Processed coffee, we start the drying stage with the pulp intact to the end of the drying process and is normally referred to as the dry process because water isn’t strictly necessary.
This method offers unparalleled eco-friendly attributes for generating zero solid and liquid waste, and at the same time does not threaten water resources.
This method can potentially add depth and complexity; intensifying sensory attributes and technically increasing coffee’s value.
